DISCORD BOT PRIVACY POLICY

1. General Information

TibiaRoute is a Discord bot created to help Tibia players find optimal places to level up and earn money. The bot works based on slash commands and integrates with TibiaRoute.com.

User privacy is a priority for us. This policy explains what data the bot processes, how it is used, and what rights you have in connection with its processing.

2. What Data Do We Collect?

TibiaRoute processes the minimum amount of data necessary for its operation. The bot can process the following information:

A) User and Server Data

  • ✅ Server ID (Guild ID) – Used to store bot settings on the server.
  • ✅ Server Name (Guild Name) – Used to display activity statistics.
  • ✅ Channel ID – Stored only to limit the bot's activity to a specific channel.
  • ✅ Number of Command Usages – Stored to analyze the popularity of the bot on the server.

B) User Activity Data

  • ✅ Online/Offline Status (Presence Intent) – Used only in real time to customize bot interactions. We do not store this data.

C) Message Content (Message Content Intent)

  • ✅ Messages Sent in the Assigned Bot Channel – Processed in real time to detect incompatible messages and automatically delete them. They are not stored or analyzed outside of this context.

❌ We do not collect any private messages (DMs), IP addresses, emails, or other personal data of users.

3. How Do We Store Data?

Server settings (bot channel) and command usage statistics are stored locally in JSON files.

We do not use databases or external servers to store user data. All data can be deleted at the request of the server administrator.

4. How Long Do We Store Data?

  • Command usage data is stored until deleted by the server administrator.
  • Server settings (bot channel) are stored until manually changed or deleted by the server administrator.
  • User status (Presence Intent) is not stored – it is only used in real time.
  • Messages (Message Content Intent) are analyzed only on an ongoing basis and automatically deleted.

5. Do We Share Data with Third Parties?

No, no user data is shared with third parties or used for advertising, marketing, or analysis purposes outside of Discord.

The only exception is the TibiaRoute.com API query that we perform to retrieve recommendations for places to level up – we do not share any personal data of users.

6. How Can Users Control Their Data?

  • The server administrator can delete all data related to the bot by excluding the bot from the server.
  • Users can opt out of processing online/offline status by disabling this function in the Discord settings.

7. Is the Data Used to Train AI Models?

❌ No. We do not use any data for AI training or machine learning.

8. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be announced on our official Discord server.
