Dear Tibians,

after more than four years as Community Manager for Tibia, it is time for me to say goodbye.

The time has flown by. I still remember my first day at CipSoft and my earliest encounters with Tibia and its community. Step by step, Rejana and Mirade entrusted me with more responsibility and introduced me to the topics, the challenges and above all the people that make up this community. I owe them a lot.

No two updates were ever the same. Every project brought new ideas and its own obstacles. In a community as experienced and passionate as this one, there are always many perspectives and expectations, and I tried to listen carefully, to take your concerns seriously, and to remain someone you could approach.

Not everything went smoothly. But I learned an enormous amount along the way, and I am grateful for every bit of it.

Now the time has come to hand these responsibilities back to Rejana and Mirade. They will take over my duties starting next week until a successor has been found. I feel drawn in a different direction and have decided to leave CipSoft to begin a new chapter in the social sector. Leaving this company is a decision I have considered carefully over many months, and one that was difficult to make.

May you continue to find great enjoyment and fulfillment in Tibia, but even more importantly, may you discover your own path and sense of purpose in this life.
