Dear Tibians!

With today's server save, a number of fixes and changes have been implemented:

• We fixed an issue concerning the perks of the executioner that had added 50 % additional critical hit chance on auto attacks. Instead, critical extra damage on auto attacks was added.
• We fixed an issue with the Issavi ley points, these should be working as intended now. 
• Jean Pierre's Cookbook II in the Hot Cuisine quest can now be obtained again if you have earned it.
• The "Royal Rescue" mission in the Hidden City of Beregar quest should now be working again. 
• Some minor things that affected the website and the MacOS client were fixed as well.
