Fixes and Changes

With today's server save, we have implemented the following fixes and changes:

• Guiding Presence is now only effective if the monk has a battle sign. This was changed to prevent scenarios, where a monk could use Guiding Presence on party members in the Tibiadrome while standing outside of the arena.
• We have addressed an issue in the Mimar Haffar fight, where a healing-over-time effect was still visible on characters after leaving the boss room.
• It is no longer possible to trigger an echo raid when killing a creature on Newhaven.
