We would like to inform you that the legacy Windows client will be discontinued in April, or at the latest in May 2025. This means it will no longer be possible to log in and play using this client from that point onwards.

We previously announced this step in September 2024, when we offered the legacy client as a temporary solution and stated that it would no longer be actively developed.

If you are still using the legacy client, you will need a system that meets the following requirements to switch to the current Tibia Windows client:

  • OS: Windows 10 Version 1809 (64 bit)
  • Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015-2022
  • Processor: 2.5 GHz Intel Core i3 or equivalent
  • Memory: 2GB RAM
  • Graphics: 128MB; if DirectX 11 or OpenGL 2.1 are not supported, only software renderer mode is available
  • Hard Drive: min. 350 MB
• Recommended:
  • OS: System: Windows 11 or newer
  • Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015-2022
  • Processor: 2.5 GHz Intel Core i5 or equivalent
  • Memory: 4GB RAM
  • Graphics: 512MB; DirectX 11, Vulkan 1.0 or OpenGL 2.1 support
  • Hard Drive: min. 350 MB

We will announce the exact date for the legacy client's discontinuation once it has been determined.

Are you looking for an opportunity to level up and improve your skills? A double XP and double skill weekend is coming! So sharpen your weapons and stock up your potions, a weekend full of excessive monster slaughtering is waiting for you!

Between the server saves of March 7 and March 10, all monsters will yield twice the usual amount of experience points, and your skill training, including magic level, will advance twice as fast. The skill progress when training offline will also be doubled.

With today's server save, we have made some further balancing adjustments:

We have decided to reduce the loot drops of might rings and stone skin amulets from the creatures these items are most commonly looted from. In turn we decided to add these items to all creatures of a thematically fitting bestiary.

The drop rate of might rings has been reduced for the following creatures: Vexclaw, demon, yielothax, bulltaur brute, brainsquid, energuardian of tales, knowledge elemental, energetic book.

All elemental creatures listed in the bestiary that already had loot drops before will now also have a chance to drop the might ring.

The drop rate of stone skin amulets has been reduced for the following creatures: Cobra scout, burster spectre, lost soul, ogre ruffian, arachnophobica, hydra, memory of a hydra.

All undead creatures listed in the bestiary that already had loot drops before will now also have a chance to drop the stone skin amulet.

Additionally, we have resolved the following issues:

• Loot messages from bosses are now properly formatted on screenshots.
• We resolved a problem where the "Only show learned spells" filter was initially active in the "Assign Spell" function but not applied to the list.
• We resolved a problem that caused lag when scrolling through the stash.
• The refresh button for House Auctions in the Cyclopedia is now functioning properly.
• A Sweaty Cyclops no longer gives double the amount of bolts.
