With
the conclusion of the summer update's test phase last week, we would like to extend our thanks to everyone who took part and shared their thoughts on the test server board.
In response to the valuable feedback and suggestions we received, we implemented a multitude of changes during the test period and summarised the most important adjustments for you in this article.
Changes to Between the Lines
- The Tropical Desolator now drops explosive fruits with various effects during the boss fight.
- The classification of the new painting minibosses has been changed from Bane to Archfoe.
- Players can now earn five familiar figurines, along with a new mural of Thais.
- Minor changes have been made to the mechanics on how to free the familiars in the emberwing familiar room.
- Three quest doors leading to one of the library rooms in chapter IV have been removed to reduce confusion and improve navigation clarity.
- To enter the treasure chamber containing the multichest, players must now complete their vocation-specific task within the book world.
Changes to Bloody Tusks
- The ritual task has been sped up and rebalanced to create a smoother and more engaging experience.
- Several entrances within the fortress and its underlying dungeon have been widened to enhance accessibility and player movement.
Feature changes
- Tradeable Imbuements: We have added Intricate Scrolls to the feature.
- Weapon Proficiency:
- The experience needed to unlock all knight-exclusive weapons has been lowered by approximately 33%.
- A major revision has been applied to numerous mid- and high-level weapon progressions, including but not limited to the Sanguine, Soul, Amber, Eldritch, Inferniarch, Lion, Falcon, Cobra, and Umbral Master line weapons.
During the test phase, we also communicated several other minor bugfixes and smaller changes that have been implemented.
